• Cards can be handmade/paper or digital.
• Receive one service hour per card with no limit.
• These cards should offer advice, comfort, drawings, inspiration, quotes, messages, stories, examples, etc.

REQUIREMENTS (Must be met for service hours)

• If you are submitting multiple cards, refrain from creating them all to be extremely similar/the same. All themes/designs must be different/unique. Similar looking cards will be counted together as a service hour.
• Each card must be at least 3 sentences excluding greeting and goodbye. Any quotes do not count towards the sentence minimum.
• Digital and handmade cards both must have at least 1 image (can be simple) relating to the theme of the card.

HOW TO SUBMIT:

• Email PDFs of digital cards to amu4her@gmail.com & we will distribute them.
• Paper cards can be distributed to young girls at local schools, hospitals, shelters, neighborhoods, places of worship, etc.
• Take pictures of your cards as proof for service hours.
• OPTIONAL: Take pictures of the distribution of cards to potentially be posted on our social media. If you post the distribution, tag us!
